The government provide Rs. 7800/- fixed salary for first five years as happens with other Gujarat Government employees. They are also eligible for Rs. 2200 extra payment as “Khash Bhatthu” or special allowance. All primary teachers will get Rs. 1500 increment on special allowances. After successful completion of first five years as probation period, they will get following salary (approx.) according to the sixth pay commission recommendations.
Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2800 = Entry Pay Rs. 11360. You have to add 113% DA as well as travelling allowances. HRA would be applicable and change city by city. Lowest HRA is 10% and the highest is 30% for large cities.
So, a primary teacher salary in Gujarat will be (approx.) Rs. <Your Final Amount> by calculating HRA, TA, DA. However, DA changes from time to time and HRA is depend on your city. So, you have to calculate your salary based on that.
